Two and four-legged friends are invited to tackle The Battersea Dogs & Cats Home Muddy Dog Challenge which includes 2.5km and 5km obstacle runs, taking place in the beautiful and historic Brockwell Park, London.
Whether you’re a fitness fanatic or just looking for a new challenge, we’re welcoming all dog lovers and their canine chums to take part in the Muddy Dog Challenge and raise sponsorship to help the dogs and cats at Battersea.
This is the UK’s first obstacle course where animal lovers can compete in 2.5km and 5km runs with their pets.
You can enter in a team, as a duo or if your pet prefers to remain paw-fectly groomed you can take on the challenge alone.
Friends and family are welcome to cheer you on at the venue and take part in the fun activities and competitions on offer at the event village.
Food and drink will be available to purchase so you can refuel after the challenge. First aid and veterinary support will be available on the day.

Registration is now open for the Muddy Dog Challenge 2015. Entry fees vary on your group size and the date you sign up, and early birds will pay a reduced entry fee.
Standard individual £27.50 2 Jan – 1 March
Standard team of 3+ £22.50 2 Jan – 1 March
Late entry individual £30 2 March – 1 May
Late entry team of 3+ £25 2 March – 1 May
Dog entry £8.50 1 December – 1 May
All runners are asked to raise a minimum fundraising target of £100.
As part of your registration you will receive a finisher’s medal, t-shirt and goody bag.
If entering with a dog, they will get a free bandana to show off to all their pals in the park. You will also receive fundraising and training support for you and your dog.
