With running there are always new goals you can set, whether its extra miles, faster pace, a target race, more weight loss or something else. We recommend setting a combination of short and longer-term goals that are challenging but achievable. Your progress towards your goals will be automatically tracked as you record data in your Good Run Guide Training Log and the results shown in the Goal Tracker below.
