To insert a new section into the middle of a Route, change the Edit Mode in Step 3 to Insert, click on the point just before the new section to insert extra points, and then drag them to where you need them. If you have too many points change the Edit Mode to Delete and click on the ones you want to delete.

If the map hasn't loaded correctly, try switching to a different view e.g. from 'Hybrid' to 'Map'.

If you can see the street maps but can't see the satellite maps it is possible that Google has temporarily blocked access from your computer to the satellite images. Click here for help on this issue.
