How we use the information
GoodRunGuide collects personal information about Members using the website to help administrate and enhance the service.

GoodRunGuide does not collect personal information about people without their permission. The information we gather during Membership Registration is not shared with other organisations or third parties without your permission.  

From time to time we may send out Newsletters to registered Members who have opted to receive these.  These Newsletters may contain promotional information from carefully selected third parties offering products or services linked to running.  You can opt to not receive these Newsletters at any time by through the Membership section of the website.

We use your address to help tailor the Run Search facility to show Runs that are near your registered address.
In common with most organisations, we may share aggregate information about our users with other third parties. This information shows user activity as a whole rather than on an individual basis and cannot be used to individually identify you.

Updating Your Personal Information
GoodRunGuide offers the ability for you to correct or change information collected during registration. This can be done through the Membership section of the website.

Provision of Information to Third-Party Sites and Sponsors
We will not pass your personal details to any third parties advertising on our website without your permission. Some of our website pages contain links to other sites whose information practices may be different than ours. Visitors should consult the other sites' privacy notices as we have no control over information that is submitted to, or collected by, these third parties.

The use of Cookies
To enhance our service, we offer you the option of saving your email address (used to login) in a "cookie” on your computer.  Cookies are text files we place in your computer's browser to store your information that our website may later access.  We may introduce further cookies in future if we feel this improve the service we offer by personalising your experience at GoodRunGuide
