Every Good Run Guide Member has their own personal Training Log, which can be used to plan, track and analyse your running, exercise and fitness goals. The Training Log is made up of a number of integrated tools shown below. Select one to access it.

Log Book
A record of all your running and other exercise, including which routes you took, how far and how fast you ran and a place to record notes that you can look back at.
