The Hemel 10K and 1.5K Superhero Fun Run are back! Both events will take place on Sunday 10 July 2016, starting and finishing at Astley Cooper School in Hemel Hempstead.
The 10K will begin at 10.30am and offers a challenging multi-terrain course, both on and off road, through the surrounding countryside. It is open to anyone aged 14+ (14-16 year olds must have consent from a parent or guardian) and costs £20 to enter, which includes chip timing, a technical t-shirt, a medal, and water at stations along the route.
The fun run is a 1.5K route starting at 10.00am and is open to all ages (a parent or guardian must be present on site). We encourage participants to dress up as their favourite superhero, and there will be a prize for the best outfit! It costs £5 to enter (under 5s go free) and all participants will be given a medal as they are cheered to the finish line.
Family and friends are more than welcome to come along on the day, and in addition to the fun run there will be children’s activities as well as the fun run to keep little ones occupied.
We ask all participants, children and adults, to raise as much money as they can to support Rennie Grove Hospice Care.
Places will be limited so sign up today and help us to meet the demand for our services in the future. For more information or to register, please visit www.renniegrove.org/hemel10k or call 01442 820740 to register.
