All you have to do to earn this fantastic medal is sign up, run either 5km, 10km or Half Marathon and then send us your proof. We will then send you your medal in the post. You can can run it anytime, anywhere and there is a Extra day this year 20% of the entry fee goes to charity and the chosen charity this month is Scope.
