Pain and Suffering Obstacle Race is waiting, are you ready?

This is Pain and Suffering, one of the hardest obstacle races Great Britain has to offer. We have taken inspiration from fell running, cross country and obstacle racing to create the ultimate race challenge.

Set in the harsh terrain of the grounds of Rockingham Castle this 10 mile plus obstacle race is a hardcore challenge even for the most experienced OCR runner. Think you’ve tried and beaten tough races before… think again, this is on another level!

If you’re after a race to test you mentally and physically this obstacle race fulfills your needs over and above. The only question is, are you tough enough to take it on.

Whether you’re running in teams or solo the sense of camaraderie on the course is second to none and there’s always someone to give you a helping hand. Don’t worry you’ll never Suffer alone.

Add to this The Reaper Squad who are on hand to dish out the pain and you’ve got an amazing race and a challenge that you won’t forget even if you want to.

Trail shoes or old trainers are recommended but no Spikes. There will most definitely be mud and wading through water of varied depths involved. We do not recommend wearing your Sunday best and take no responsibility for stubborn stains post Suffering!. Fancy dress is encouraged and a warm set of cloths and bin bags for your race kit would be a good idea.

After you have finished suffering you will receive a bag of treats to lift your spirits. The bag will include your The Suffering Medal, Suffering Tech-T, a drink, and some snacks.
