Manorlands Paint Rush

Date / Time
Sunday, July 24, 2016 at 12:00 a.m.
Length 3.11 miles (5.0 km)
Description

We’re delighted to announce the first ever Manorlands Paint Rush which will take place at King George V playing fields, Marley, Keighley at noon on Sunday 24th July.

If you’ve never done a colour run before this is a run with a difference, as during the 5km run you will pass through 7 colour stations where brightly coloured powder will be sprayed or thrown at you, turning your face, hair and your complementary ‘Sue Ryder Paint Rush’ T-shirt a different shade!

We’ll be using a few obstacles to slow you down through the feed stations so our volunteer 'artists' can get a better shot at you! The power is completely inert and won’t do you any harm though we will be selling googles on the day for anyone who want to keep the powder from their eyes.

This event is sponsored by JACS Trade and DIY of Skipton and McNally Electrical Yorkshire Limited.

Route
The route is a 5Km run which two laps of The King George Fields at Marley, Keighley. The route is almost completely flat with two 20m long accents and two 20m decents. View the route.

After the run
After the event there will be a family funday with music, food and a bar so make a day of it and stay right through the afternoon.
