5/10k route: This course isn’t flat…. It’s tough, it’s hilly and it’s probably going to be a tad muddy too!

Course description:

5/10k: The 5k/10k (2 loop 5k) which is a multi-terrain and off road course. It begins in the idyllic grounds of Old Down Country Park before heading out for a superb 1.5 mile woodland section which can become very muddy and challenging!! The course then takes in some fantastic open space before heading back into the woods for an uphill section leading back into the park. Then the course takes in the amazing grounds of Old Down Country Park before heading to the finish line.

1K:  The 1k will also be an off road course, again taking in the beautiful grounds of the Country Park but this time will be on flat terrain. This is open to anyone of any age or ability and they can either run, jog or walk around the course. This will also be buggy friendly.

50m: The 5’s and under 50m will be on flat grass within the Adventure Play area of the Park.

Registration will open at 9am for competitors to collect their race numbers, which will be filed in surname order. (Pins will be provided) Registration will close at 10:20am.
