Description
Whether you enter the 10K or 10 mile option you will enjoy the same great experience. As in previous years you will be helping to raise funds in support of Essex and Herts Air Ambulance. All adult finishers will receive a 2023 technical t-shirt and medal. All children’s race participants will receive a medal. The entry fee for UK Athletics affiliated members is £22 (you will be asked to enter your UKA affiliation number). The entry fee for non-affiliated runners is £24. Children’s race entries will be free to enter.
