Inspired by the way many people with sight loss run, Double Dash gets you and a buddy to complete a 5K fun run tethered together, in your local area.

It’s the only running event of its kind in the UK and one that enables blind and partially sighted people to participate on a level playing field.

So, whether you have sight loss and want to try guide running for the first time, or if you and a friend just want to challenge yourselves to try something new, Double Dash is a charity fun run that's inclusive to all.
