Overview 10k/6mile (approx) 2-lap course in the grounds of historic Kiplin Hall and Gardens, DL10 6AT Set within the gardens and estate of a beautiful Jacobean Historic House Two 5k loops, taking in the formal gardens, grassland and lakeside paths Due to the compact course and being set entirely within this enclosed estate, this is a perfect race for beginners, as well as a mid-week outing for more experienced trail runners No compass and map-reading skills required!!! Starts at 7pm Registration 5.30-6.30pm Cut-off 8.30pm Entry fee includes hot drink and tray-bake at the finish Fully marked course with water stations en-route The race has a TRA permit (no 4260) and will be held under UK Athletic rules Event Tech T-shirt available to purchase at time of entry Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd overall, and 1st, 2nd and 3rd in age categories Max runners 300 Cost: £20 (£18 for affiliated) A small donation to Thirsk & Northallerton Lions Club for their charitable work is included in each runner’s entry fee No entries on the day (sorry) In line with many other races, will be "cupless" at checkpoints, so please bring your own cup.
