These unique events see participants running in the footsteps of the ‘Bravest of the Brave’. Based on a pivotal part of the Gurkha selection process, we have mapped out two undulating 5km cross-country courses, which participants must complete with a weighted Nepali Doko basket strapped to their back. There is the option to chose a basket weighing 5kg, 10kg or 15kg, and entrants can run, jog, or walk the route. All competitors are issued with a timing chip, so those looking to push themselves can aim to beat the Gurkha recruitment time of 46 minutes!
