You start and finish on the west side of the pier. Both 5km and 10km distances are available to enter. The groynes will slow you down which is all part of the fun.

 

Doggy friends are welcome to run with their humans but please make sure they are wearing suitable harnesses and leads.

 

All entries receive a finishers medal and a t-shirt!
