Description

 

This run sets off from Bournemouth Peir early in the morning, you run a 5k or 10K out and back course along the sandy beach jumping over the groynes as you go along. 

 

You can run with a group of friends or family. It tough but brilliantly funny as you scramble along the beautiful sands of the blue flag beach. 

 

There is a medal and finishers t-shirt at the end waiting for you
