Southampton Runners, it's time to get outdoors and be part of a run challenge that unites the city and promotes health, fitness, wellbeing and a positive, fun run.

Please join this virtual run wherever you are in Southampton. You can enter the run for free. Inspire and motivate all your family, friends and work colleagues to join this challenge. Get out and start your training and on the 20th February this is the official Southampton UNITED We Run day where we want you to get out and smash your best run.

This is all about having a focus, uniting the City and being part of something that is good for all!
