Length 43.00 miles (69.2 km)
Description

Starting at Bude and finishing at Rock the course runs though Crackington Haven / Boscastle / Tintagel and Port Issac all classic Cornish Coastal villages. The terrain is tough and will not disappoint those wanting a challenge

Wild and rugged. Steep climbs and descents that test your concentration as well as your strength. This is a tough course and is unique with its own individual challenges and famous landmarks to add to the experience.

Complete the distance by walking, running or crawling, pitting your mental and physical prowess against some of the most scenic coastline in Britain. Votwo has teamed up with Geo Tracks. This system provides runners with a personal GPS tracker and navigation mobile phone app allowing them to accurately navigate the course and receive real-time positions of the other participants and themselves.

The course follows the South West Coast path which is marked by the Acorn sign. It's a very obvious well-worn route. In most cases, it's as easy as keeping the sea on your right and the land on your left.
