The race starts and finishes at Hollins Farm campsite and follows a scenic course through the Arnside and Silverdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with views over Morecambe Bay and the Kent Estuary 

Organised by Dallam Running Club under FRA rules and supported by Holgates Holiday Parks , The Runners Centre Lancaster, Rowan Wood Sports Therapy and Bullough's Londis of Arnside

Senior Race at 12:15 - distance 6 miles with 1093 feet ascent - for runners age 16 and over on the day

Please note that the 175 limit is likely to be reached well before race day so pre-enter early to guarantee a place - £8 including handling charge

Closing date for entries is 13th November - collect number on race day - registration closes at 11:50 am

If there are any spare places available on the day these will be allocated on a first come first served basis

Also Junior races from 11.15 am for ages between 6 and under 17 of varying distances depending on age group – entry £1 on day only - kit requirements as for seniors above

While we're hoping for a sunny Autumn day who knows what the weather will be like in late November! So bring appropriate clothing including a waterproof top,leggings, warm hat and gloves and be prepared to carry them if instructed to do so by the organiser

Senior prizes for first 3 men and first 3 women at the finish line and some spot prizes including sports massage vouchers from Rowan Wood Sports Therapy

Separate junior prizegiving with prizes from The Runners Centre and Bullough's – refreshment stall - award winning toilet facilities - the money from refreshments and part of the race fees will go to Bay Search and Rescue and towards our club junior development
