Description
FREE 5K (timed running event for everyone)parkrun every Saturday 9am.Poole parkrun is free but you must register in advance on parkrun website. Park closed to traffic until 10am. Personal results e-mailed by the time you get home (usually). The route is a compacted gravel and tarmac, flat, two lap, run around the large lake. It then finishes with a lap of the cricket pitch/cycle oval.
