Chasing Pumpkins 5K & 10K Run

Description

Chasing Pumpkins is back for a second year, this is an official chip-timed trail run, where the 5K and 10K course will take you through Epping Forest and around Higham's Park Lake. The trail route is multi-terrain through the forest, with some uneven ground, such as tree roots and mud. This exciting route is perfect for beginners or a test for those more experienced runners trying to beat their pb!

Entry Fee: £15 - Includes an official chip time, pumpkin medal and treats

Sponsorship Target: £50 per runner

Age Restrictions: We welcome children at the Chasing Pumpkins 5k Run. The minimum age is 4 and all children under 11 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. There is a minimum age limit of 15 years old for the 10K run.

Chasing Pumpkins is part of our wider event - Pumpkin Fest weekend, alongside our annual family 2K and 5K Pumpkin Plod walk.
