Stafford Harriers are proud to present the Staffs Knot 5 Miler. A scenic route through Cannock Chase Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, "A 'Road Race' in the countryside. 100% Traffic free". FUN Run (2 miles) @ 6.30pm, MAIN race (5 miles) @ 7.15pm @ Cannock Chase Visitor Centre, Marquis Drive, Hednesford.
