Race Guide
Stroke Association's Resolution Run, Ringwood

Date / Time
Sunday, March 10, 2019 at 9:00 a.m.
Length 3.11 miles (5.0 km)

Join us at the beautiful venue of Moors Valley Country Park and run either 5K, 10K or 15K along stunning woodland paths to help raise money to support stroke survivors and their families across the UK. It is a 5K lap that can be repeated up to three times.

This run is for everyone, whether you’re new to running or a seasoned sprinter. The paths are flat and accessible for all abilities, with only a small 100m section that’s offroad and sometimes muddy. You can run, jog or walk, and choose the distance to suit you.

Sign up now at and choose Resolution Run Ringwood. Entries are £16, and on the day it will be £20 - if there are still spaces available.

Your entry fee will cover the cost of running the event, so you can be sure that every pound of sponsorship you raise will go toward conquering stroke.

We are in need of volunteers to help make this amazing event a smashing success! We will need marshals to point our runners in the right direction and cheer them on, and finishline helpers to give medals to our proud runners. Volunteers needed from 8am - 12pm, but if you can only do certain hours let us know, all extra hands will be very helpful and greatly appreciated!
