Bideford parkrun

Description

Bideford parkrun is free but you must register in advance on the parkrun website. The course is a mixture of tarmac paths and grass. Victoria Park is mostly flat, but has small undulating slopes.
The course is 3 and a half anticlockwise laps of the park including the outer perimeter of the King George V playing fields. The finish is a long grass runway finish, opposite the Bideford Children's Centre.
