Race Guide
The Royal Borough of Kingston Spring Raceday

Date / Time
Sunday, March 29, 2020 at 8:00 a.m.
Length 16.00 miles (25.7 km)
Description

Now in its second year following the iconic “breakfast run” format, the Kingston Spring Raceday returns on March 29th 2020.

Quicksilver Running are pleased to announce that the 8 mile and 16 mile races will return following the highly successful 2019 event. This year, by popular demand, they are joined by a new 20 mile distance. The 8 mile runners will complete one lap of the famous “Kingston Loop”, while the 16 and 20 milers will complete it twice. The 20 mile course then takes in a final 4 miles following the river out to North Kingston. All races start and finish in Kingston’s Ancient Market Place.

The 16 and 20 mile
races are ideally paced for Marathon training, falling just 4 weeks before the London Marathon and 3 weeks prior to Brighton.

The 8 mile is a great introduction to racing over long distances or a shorter distance for those getting ready for 2019 who haven’t been training heavily over the winter or are recovering from injury.
