Chiswick is situated in West London, not far from Hammersmith with easy access to the A4/M4.
Both the half and the 10km start in the beautiful Chsiwck House Grounds, and take place on a stunning route hugging the Thames the whole way through. Which means less road-running, and more eye-catching scenery and a feeling of escaping the city.
The route leaves Chiswick House and runs along a fabulous path beside the River Thames towards Putney along the North Bank, crossing to the South Bank and heading back towards either Barnes Bridge or Chiswick Bridge depending on the length of the route you decide to take.
It's also the perfect time to run if you're training for the London marathon, or even Brighton, Manchester or Boston marathons! Any marathon training plan will include a half marathon run at 10-12 weeks. This is yours!
And if you have supporters or kids in tow, all the better. We'll have a festival village on site with games and activities to keep everyone entertained, as well as a bar to treat yourself to a well-earned drink at the end of the run!
So grab yourself a ticket while they're at the lowest price - they rise every month in the run up to the event which means you don't want to hang about! And tickets are limited.
The event is open for all, whether you're a seasoned runner or just wanting a run to train for. You can even part walk it if you like!
