Description

The perfect  race for runners of all 
abilities.With a flat route, it is a great race for 
seasoned runners looking for a PB and many return 
year after year to get a fast time.

For new runners, there is a 5km race which is just 
one lap of the course. You also have the added 
advantage of starting with  the 10k runners who will 
help to carry you along to the finish.

The course is based on a traffic free 5km lap on tarmac 
and is designed to give spectators lots of opportunities 
to cheer you on. With no roads or traffic to navigate, 
all you have to do is concentrate on running. Easy.
