Why not enter her in a race I have done that for a frined's birthday and she was very pleased. Alternatively lessons with a personal trainer or a sports massage or a spa day. Some ideas that I would like that you dont want to spend out for but lovely if it was given to you as a present. best wishes Brenda |

My mums birthday is coming up and I want to get her a really good present. She has a Garmin Forerunner 110 and plenty of running shoes. She also enjoys orienteering, but has most of the kit for that eg. shoes, clothing, head torch, si card, control desc. holder, orienteering book. She likes excerise and walking and stuff but I don't really know what to get her. Any help would be appreciated! |
