Well the course is quite dry with a week to go until Race 2 but after what happened last time i'll make no predictions! Teh forcast for the day is a lovely one at the moment.

In case you don't know with two day to go before Race 1 it was bone dry but then a couple of days of rain changed all that...although in my defence it was still solid underfoot rather than deep mud :-)

Two days to go. The course is virtually mud free so I am expecting some great racing and times. We are approaching our 150 limit but I'll still do entries on the day at £13/£15 attached/unattached. Prompt arrival is a must!

Entries are double those of last years series which is encouraging as we must be doing something right! On the down side we are not sure we will be able to offer entires on the day. Get those mates and club mates signed up now.

Had a nice run round the course late this afternoon, lovely run, but unsurprisingly some muddy spots, but also some lovely fast(ish) running along the brook and the last mile in partcular.
