Hi Clare - There is an argument that treadmill running is easier than running outdoors, so we don't activate the age-grade calcuations when logging a treadmill runs as the resultant age-graded percentage might not be comparable with other scores you got. Some people say that setting the treadmill with a 1% incline compensates for this. However, if you want to calculate an age-graded percentage anyway, you can use our standalone Age-Grading Calculator. There is a link to this at the top of our article on Age-Grading under the advice menu. John |

Hi. I have been doing more running on a treadmill recently ( fed up with wind and rain!). I am wondering if there is a way I can get age grading for this. Thanks Clare |
