Having a) recently gently started running again after a long time out with a misbehaving hamstring and b) undertaken a biomechanic analysis of my running style, I am contemplating a course of coaching sessions at the running school. It is far from cheap but potentially worthwhile if it prevents future injury and /or improves my running efficiency and hence times. Does anyone else out there have any relevant experience to share of the value (or otherwise) of going down this route? |

Many thanks for the feedback. I'm now signed up so I hope I get the same benefits. |
