Hi GRG

I recently ran a PB on a 5 mile route. When I logged this my age grading was 0.02 % lower than my previous PB which was 4 seconds slower.

Why would this be the case?

Hi Adam.  Was it a different route?  If so, it would have a different hill profile and this would affect the percentage.

No, I have not made any changes to the route.
