Hi All,

Ive been a bit lazy for the last month. I had so many other things i just havent got round to running. After watching some of the london Marathon yesterday i decided it was time to get out the running shoes and pound the pavement again, well the forest tracks.

Ive decided to follow the half marathon 12 week training schedule and today was the start and what a day. pouring with rain, windy and cold, even Archie (the dog) didnt look to happy about it. But cant keep putting it off. Just a 3 mile easy run today and to be honest after the first few minutes i forgot all about the rain. It was just great to be out running, although the last 1/2 mile was pretty bleak with the rain and wind in my face.

Hopefully by the time the New Forest 10 mile come around i will be in a postion to run a PB.

apologies to Keith, my only running friend as I havent really been much help or offered much encouragement for the last month. Look out now Keith. LOL

Like the new look site.
