I entered a few different times/distances in the grg pace guide,it suggests that i am running most of my runs at "tempo pace", = 12.47s,whether my run is long or shorter. The guide says my long/easy runs should be 15.55s,however i feel that this pace is too slow, should i stick to pacing guide suggestion,or carry on as i have been,??.thanks

That does sound a bit slow. I would run as you feel so that if it feels easy, it is, and if it feels a bit more effort steady and 'comfortably hard' is tempo.

As you get fitter and faster I'm sure things will become more clear as to how the heart rate zones work for you.
