Hi Everybody Just to let you know that a small group of existing Good Run Guide members have started the Good Run Wall group on Face book. It is hoped that the group will compliment the GRG site. It will enable us to share our experiences and keep each other motivated as we work towards our own personal goals over the next year. This can range from your first race, a simple mileage target for the year or just a place to vent your frustrations and of course your achievements! All are very welcome to join in the group. Simply search for Good Run Wall in the face book search bar and hopefully we will see you online soon! |
