I third, and just come back from a 6 mile easy XC run across the farmers fields and country roads, a 4 top day again it was 20 deg F despite the sunshine. Off to start preparing the family dinner so we can stuff ourselves silly for the rest of the day, time will tell if I complete my planned 12 mile long run tomorrow, but must do something as I have a local 5km race on Monday, another first as I have never done a short race so far. Could be a bit of a dash this one. |
