Ignore my last post... I just thought about what i said, and if i had read what you said properly, i wouldnt have written it.  Of course the GPS file has times in it. (not to mention positions...lol) so my saved routes have distance markers but no times.. DOH! they can only come from Me :-).

Maybe ill try manual entry untill you get the polar import sorted.... (joke lol...)

I suspected the gps upload had something to do with it which is why I wondered if it were possible to add the auto splits to new runs entered against my "saved" routes, that had been created originally using a gps upload. I can get the splits data from my hrm if i turn autolaps on but the whole hassle of entering the data espescially on longer runs (of which ill be doing a lot as i just got my virgin ballot acceptance) makes it unappealing.  If it means wearing a gps for every new route thats fine.  I hope that makes sense...(more sense!)

Hi John (again ...lol)

Last Sunday I uploaded a GPS file and this time ticked the autogenerate splits box... brilliant the route profile view gives superb info, espescially when the course is fresh in your mind (legs ??).
Anyway that got me to think more about splits on other saved routes i run...

Would it be possible to add the auto splits option to the upload a run page? (manual addition from a lazy point of view is hard work)?
