Hi All,

Finally decided to re-enter the new forest half marathon last night. Ive been in two minds ever since i had to pull out of last years due to injury. Its not until 26th September so i have plenty of time to train. Wife thinks i'm mad but she gives me lots of support. I will keep you updated on my training.
