I have run this three times, normally in glorious weather, very scenic. There's straight bits, wiggles, footpaths, woods, meadows, playing field, something for everyone.
It is not a PB course but the setting and environment are great. My wife has run it twice, and managed under an hour for a minimal runner, so it is mostly flat. I am now Race Director so cannot run it, but rest assured we understand what runners want; good marshalls, sign posts, atmosphere, fun, and food and drink at the end. With a BBQ, cake & sandwich stall, Beer, we've got you in mind. |
