Good News!  Do you have dates for the runs you are missing? as I may be able to find them and reprocess them.  I can't guarantee I can though.

Hi Liz and Louise

Thanks for your help both of you . I tried a number of things and don't know now which one actually wokred - I suspect it was setting up Garmin Express again even tho' it said my watch was connected. The good news is that my Marathon info has synched with GRG which was my main concern. It picked up one other run as well but not all the missing runs

Hi Julie

When you plug the watch in and turn on Garmin Express, does it say its connected with the circle showing green?  If it doesn't appear on Garmin Connect its possible that Garmin is not finding your watch at all.  In the case you may want to delete the connection in Garmin Express and re-install.

Thanks Liz - I tried this but although I've had several runs since May 7th (the last one that synched with GRG) none appear on my Garmin Connect page althoughthey are all still on my watch. Do you have any other suggestions - gettting a bit desparate!

I'm sorry I really don't know.  The process is set up automatically between their site and ours.  The problem usually occurs when a member has set up multiple connections to us.  This can happen if someone thinks its not synching (perhaps takes a while to come through) and then re-synchs.  For example I have to launch Garmin Express each time to force the run through, which shouldnt' be needed, but it just seems like my Garmin won't connect without doing this. If I didn't know I could easily try re-synching again and then it would never work until I deleted all the synchs on the Garmin site.   Or sometimes there are 2 runners using the same PC with different Garmin Connect accounts.  In this case the if they are logged into the other account that isn't synched with us then it won't go through.

That's a shame.  I'm afraid you may have to go through the process again of re-synching, but you have to delete any previous connections through Garmin Connect first.   This should happen immediately so you shouldn't have to wait.   Sorrythat you seem to have been through this before, I don't know why this has happened again.

No, Im afraid it didn't upload. I just manually entered the distance and time but of course I can't show the splits, age graded etc as the route hasn't transferreed.

Hi Julie.  I can see the Edinburgh Marathon in your log book, so I assume it came through Ok after a while?  Well done on the Marathon by the way!
