I've had a look Ian and it sounds good. I'll give the free trial a go to see how I get on with it. |

Cheers Roland, its called having a structured training plan :D. I started using Runners Connect just after the Coventry half the begining of March, and i can`t believe the difference it has made already. for £1.00 a day its worth it to me. |

Wow, got my 10k PB at derby on Sunday, I was hoping to beat 44:55 and was secretly hoping for 44mins, but smashed it and got 43:30. now to set new targets. For Half,10 and 5K and start looking towards a spring marathon.
