Thanks.  Yes, for a week afterwards I was never going to do anything like that again, but its amazing how the memory fades and another challenge now seems a good idea :)

Hi.  Yes, I thought it was very well organised and signed and great to connect all the bits of the Thames Path together.  I walked most of it as well in the end due to stomach problems after the first quarter.   But, did finish and glad I did it.  Feeling rough today though, 100K is a long way! The thing I've learnt is I ahould have done more longer runs/walks in training and practiced eating and drinking during them as refuelling is so important.

I am attempting the Thames Path Challenge 100K on Saturday and am planning to alternate jogging and walking as haven't done enough training to run it all!.  Is anyone else doing this or done it previously?
