| It is not possible to run this route at the moment as many of the footpaths are closed due to the foot and mouth outbreak. The meadows also look very waterlogged so may be closed for some time. | |||||

| Ran this is a downpour - it was fine when I started out!. But a great route and still good views from various points. | |||||
