Hi Pete, i would say you have three options. 1.Keep doing as you are and the fitness and distace will come i promise! 2.Reduce your pace and you should be able ot run longer. 3. Mix it up and do a couple slow and a couple fast(but short) Whichever you do if you run 3-4 times a week you'll find 5k a breeze by the end of May if not before. BTW i favour 1 or 3. Andy |
