I was actually very happy with the time as for hydration that failed miserably! i'd drunk the bottle i planned to take with me before we'd even set off and the 1st water was at 5K but i could have done with it at 3K! i managed to scrounge a 2nd bottle at about 7K too but by then it was too late.

my next planned 10K is the Eynsham Maylarch at the end of Nov i sincerly hope the weather will be more conducive to a better time then!
