Hi Kate I can answer this one! Go to the GRG route measurer and zoom out so you can see the world (or a fair part of it) then drag map to Brazil and zoom in to the beach and measure the route as usual. |

The Maldives is an interesting place to run isn't it! Almost the same as a cruise ship. When I went, the island was less than 10 mins circular and I went round and round at sunset, much to the amusement of those normal holidaymakers sitting in the bar drinking their cocktails and waiting for the sun to go down. |

You lot got me thinking and i made a list of countries overseas I have run in and it suprised me, deep breath,,,,,Ireland, Holland, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Turkey, South Africa, Morocco, USA, Canada, Barbados, Japan, New Zealand and Peru. Each has stories to tell, and making the list has brought back some great memories (and one or two not so great!). |

Interesting topic but one that frustrates me a little. I often have to guess route distances especially when logging trail runs abroad. And my list?? Ireland, Belgium, Italy, France, Spain, Germany, Holland, Ukraine, China, Morocco, Ghana, Uganda, Mali, Kenya, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, Mexico, America and of course Englands green and pleasant trails! I do love a job that involves travel! |
