OVERVIEW

This is a suprisingly nice little nature reserve, with grassy trails that can get a little muddy after rain or during winter. The Heath is perfectly flat and perimiter distance listed is a circuit following the marked trail which makes for a good run. The heath comprised 200 acres of mixed grassland, heathland, meadows, wetland, scrub and woodland.
