OVERVIEW

The Country Park itself is 387 acres and about 3 miles around on the longest trail, but with a whole host of options for longer runs along the Thames Estuary or to Hadleigh Castle just nearby. There are 3 waymarked trails from the car park. The paths are a mixture of gravel and grass.
