OVERVIEW

A good sized country park of 135 hectares. This is not a manicured park - it is basically a nature reserve and includes 7 lakes and 2 rivers. There are various trails to follow, the longest being 4.3km, although the signs are not that frequent. However, there are various info boards with maps dotted around in case you get lost. The paths are mainly gravel. There is a good cafe, a childrens playground and toilets available near the main car park.
