OVERVIEW

Ruislip Lido has a mostly tarmac path 1.5 Miles long around its edge but there are also numerous forest trails through Ruislip Woods. The Hillingdon Trail takes you out towards Copse Wood and then Bayhurst Wood Country Park making an outward run of 2 miles with two road crossings, looping round and coming back would make a good 5 mile run with a loop around the Ruislip Woods adding another 3 easily. Bayhurst Wood Country Park has its own car park off Breakspear Road North and is about 1.25 Miles around. Copse wood also has a car park off A4180 Ducks Hill Road. The park features a minature railway, beach for outdoor bathing, cafe and also the Waters Edge pub adjacent the car park.
